Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

All our products are made to order and customised, therefore we're unable to accept returns and/or offer refunds unless one of the following scenarios is applicable:

  • Incorrect item has been sent i.e. wrong team, wrong size, wrong player etc.
  • Item has arrived damaged and/or not fit for purpose.

If one of the above occurs, please contact us via email at contact@legends11.com within 28 days of the date on your invoice. Please also attach photo evidence of the issue in order for us to address this as swiftly as possible for you. Once your request has been received, we shall provide you with a shipping address if returning an item.

Any correspondence received after 28 days of invoice date requesting an exchange, return or refund with be refused.

If returning an item, the postage will be borne by the customer. We recommend sending via Royal Mail tracked or signed for services. If returning an item that is incorrect, but not damaged, this must be in it's original condition and packaging.

Refunds for returned goods will be issued to the account used to pay for the item initially. Refunds can take up to 14 working days dependent on your banking provider.
