Shipping Process
The shipping cost will be visible when you move forward through the purchase process. Note that we cannot cancel or change your order after it has been created, therefore please make sure to double check your order is correct before proceeding with payment.
Because we offer customised products, we aim to process orders within 1-4 working days. Our products are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping
For international shipping, please note certain countries may charge custom duties or import tax which is to be borne by the customer. Please see a guideline of our international shipping timescales below:
- Europe: 3 to 5 working days.
- USA: 3 to 7 working days.
- Rest of the World: 7 to 14 working days.
Shipping Queries
If your order hasn't arrived after the advised timescale, we recommend speaking with Royal Mail or your local depot. Also check with neighbours in case they have taken your delivery in on your behalf.
If Royal Mail have attempted to deliver your parcel more than once with no success, the item will be returned to us. This should be visible on the tracking information. Please contact us for next steps if this scenario occurs.
